We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director (200+) to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate recruitment through management of HR and Recruitment team. Build relationships with recruiters
Continuously monitor and review HR and Recruiting policies, processes, improve in case of need
Guide HR and Recruiting team by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
Plan, organize, and control HR and Recruiting activities in order to achieve KPIs
Being able to build strong management teams in regions
Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Provide analytical and well documented reports in order to improve processes where needed
Build and develop corporate culture within the company
Human Resources Director Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably in human resources or business-related field
3-5+ years of experience in human resources
Work experience in large companies (200+ employees) will be a strong advantage
Strategically thinking and ability to identify areas which should be improved
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential information
Multitasking and strong problem-solving skills
Familiar with the laws, labor market, hour, and wage regulations
Advanced English
