Requirements:
architect certificate
development experience of residential complexes from 47 meters at the stages of EP, P, P
knowledge of DBN
knowledge of building materials and technology
knowledge of programs AutoCad, BIM (to be an advantage)
Duties:
project management during the design of the object
author’s supervision
documentation development
