Our client, a large-scale retail chain of FMCG products, with territorial coverage throughout Ukraine, is looking for a strong leader and manager for the position of Director of Operations.
Functional responsibilities:
manage network operations;
analyze the existing structure for further optimization;
systematize and automate business processes;
control deliveries, interact with the warehouse;
take part in strategic planning and staff motivation;
interact with the purchasing department in the field of product range;
increase sales efficiency of retail outlets;
increase network profits through the correct allocation of tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements for candidates:
management education;
successful experience in retail network management (FMCG) from 4 years (operational, commercial, executive director);
successful experience of introducing innovations in the process of work;
skills to work with 1C (version 7), interaction with ATP;
understanding of the basics of financial planning, project management, personnel management;
ability to respond quickly and make decisions in a multitasking environment;
communication skills, analytical skills, systematic and flexible thinking, a sense of responsibility for their decisions and actions, leadership qualities and charisma.
