Our client is a full-cycle building holding (a group of companies in development and construction of residential complexes) announces a competition for the position of Chief Architect

Requirements:

• architect certificate
• experience in the development of residential complexes from 47 meters high at the stages of EP (Schematic Design), P (Project), R (specification documents)
• knowledge of DBN (state design standards)
• knowledge of building materials and technologies
• knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM programs (will be an advantage)

Duties:

• management of design work during the design of the object
• field supervision
• documentation development
