For its reliable partner, Recruit-Alliance invites to an experienced sales manager for metal-plastic constructions to join the team.

Our client is a Ukrainian company that produces of metal-plastic, aluminum and wooden windows and balconies.

The vacancy is open due to the production expansion.

Principal duties:

• Work with incoming clients
• Expansion of the existing client base
• Preparation of commercial proposals in accordance with customer needs
• Active sale of all company services by telephone and in person
• Negotiating for completing a transaction and sales
• Keeping existing customer base up to date by informing customers about new company services
• Replies to incoming requests from customers
• Reporting and document management, timely preparation of commercial offers and contracts, invoices, certificates of completion, control of the presence of certificates of completion
• Financial reporting for managers and owners of an enterprise.
• Loading orders into production
• After-sales customer service (complaints, conflict resolution)

Preferred requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in sales and production of metal-plastic windows -(B2B, B2C)
• Knowledge of:
• active sales practices
• Negotiation techniques
• experience/skills to:
• Work with refusals/objections
• Identify customer needs and meet them with the company’s product
• bring the deal to completion
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Use knowledge and experience gained in other areas for sales
